Before you ask
Is BEAM free?
Yes — the core of BEAM (your merged contact base, daily signals, outreach with suggested messages) is free. Beam Pro adds private intents (Hire · Vouch · Business) and advanced meeting recommendations for a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime.
Do I have to connect my phone contacts, Google or LinkedIn?
No. Every source is optional and you choose them one by one. You can start with nothing, add a source later, or disconnect one at any time — BEAM never overwrites your original data.
Will BEAM message people on my behalf?
Never. BEAM suggests who and why, and can draft a message — but nothing leaves your phone without your explicit tap. You see and approve every word before it's sent.
I'm allergic to AI-generated text. Is this app for me?
Especially for you. AI drafts are an option, not a default — you can always write your own words or save your own templates. And because BEAM has no feed, there's no AI content to scroll past either.
What happens to my data?
Your contacts and relationship data are used to run BEAM for you — nothing else. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and other users only ever see what your own visibility settings (Strong vs Normal Beam) allow. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do invitations work?
When you send wishes or a hello through BEAM, the message can include your personal invite link, valid for 24 hours. If your contact joins, you're connected — growing your circle is the same gesture as caring for it.
